Now Hiring: Fleet Coordinator

zTrip — North America’s Largest Taxi Transportation Provider

zTrip is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to support our day-to-day transportation operations. In this role, you’ll help oversee dispatch activity, support drivers in the field, and coordinate communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams to help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service.

This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys keeping operations organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do as a Fleet Coordinator:

• Coordinate driver assignments based on trip demand, schedules, and availability
• Monitor active trips and respond quickly to operational or routing issues
• Communicate schedule updates, service changes, and important information to drivers
• Assist customers by answering questions and resolving service concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, trip logs, and operational documentation
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to improve efficiency and service quality

What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Coordinator:

• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or fleet operations preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
• Experience with dispatch systems, scheduling software, or fleet management tools is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
